Wellness Program
Previous PT patients or family members can sign up for program.
Program:
- Requires written ok by physician to enroll in program.
- Enrollee will be set up on a ROM, Strengthening, and/or Endurance program as indicated by Physical Therapist.
- Monthly fee paid at start of program and again at the start of each month, with no billing to insurance.
